Prodigy Yoga is a great place to attend Christian faith-based yoga classes for anyone at any skill level. The owner, Jessica, made me feel welcome and wanted the very first day before I even made it to through the door. I started attending classes at about 10 weeks pregnant, and I have been supported by all instructors (love them!) and other attendees (love them!), being guided through each class and shown modifications as needed and encouraged the whole time.

I started for the faith-based exercise to work toward preparation for giving birth, but now I try my best not to miss class because of the connection and fellowship I have with everyone I have met.

If you want to be part of a group of people who you genuinely look forward to seeing when you come to class, grow in your practice, and above all else - worship Jesus and be around others that do, too - Prodigy Yoga is the place to go. This is a warm, inviting studio where you quickly begin to feel like family.

Amazing place!!! When you go in for yoga, you leave all your stressors at the door. I love how relaxed and at peace I am when I leave. Plus I can even get my retail therapy done after my class. They have some of the most comfortable cloths.

Prodigy Yoga is my new favorite place to be! Whether I need time to relax and wind down after work, or get a work-out, at Prodigy I can tailor the class to what I need for the day. There are a variety of classes and instructors with each bringing a unique experience to each class. Most importantly, each class is Christ-centered, so I can connect with Him as I exercise my mind and body. Making new and lasting friendships there has been the icing on the cake! You can also browse through the retail shop Jessica has created with wonderful, unique pieces of clothing and yoga props. I almost forgot, the first class is free!

My experience today was amazing. After class, I shared with Jessica some of the issues I have been having. She suggested trying a Psoas muscle release. I was willing to try anything to feel better. By evening time I had more energy and felt more alive than I've felt in a very long time!!

Jessica McCarty the owner is the most down to earth and professional person. She made me feel special with lots of one on one attention. Her variety of Yoga classes keep it lively and personal. As for her boutique she pays attention to detail and orders what her clients want and always the latest fashion. I would definitely recommend Prodigy Yoga as the best Yoga Faith studio!

I've been searching for a yoga studio like this for such a long time! And since I am in Ohio and they are in Texas I couldn't believe it when Jessica agreed to zoom her classes for me! I love the warm and inviting energy I feel each time I log on, and I am always made to feel like I am right there with the rest of the class. This is a great place fir beginners and advanced students alike. I feel like there's something for everybody!

I have struggled for years with severe lower back pain due to a bulging disc. I started Prodigy yoga classes in November 2020 and within a few weeks I was able to notice a significant decrease in my pain. Fast forward to now and I can say that I am almost completely pain free! I am able to move and work more than I have in years! Prodigy yoga and Jessica have been a huge blessing in my life! If you are looking for a yoga studio, this is it!

Joining Prodigy Yoga has been one of the best experiences of my life. Seriously. I've never felt better. And the instructors are easy going, patient and thorough when explaining each move, which is great for noobs like me. I never felt uncomfortable or out of place. Everyone is very welcoming.

Jessica is a great instructor. The classes are small. The atmosphere is relaxing. I don't feel pressured to go beyond what I can do. Shopping before or after class is convenient.
