Unlike traditional saunas, which heat the air to warm your body, infrared saunas use infrared light waves to directly heat your body, offering a deeper and more effective sweat at a lower air temperature. This can lead to benefits like improved circulation, relaxation, and detoxification, all in a more comfortable environment (typically between 115°F – 135°F, compared to the much hotter 195°F of traditional saunas).
Infrared light is divided into three categories based on wavelength:
Near Infrared: Has the shortest wavelength and penetrates the deepest, promoting cellular energy through ATP stimulation.
Mid Infrared: Captured by water molecules in the body, it increases circulation, blood flow, and metabolism.
Far Infrared: Closest to the heat our body naturally gives off, it helps enhance and strengthen energy levels.
Infrared saunas are equipped with specialized heaters that emit these different wavelengths of infrared light. As the body absorbs the infrared heat, it increases thermal energy, inducing a deep sweat. Since infrared saunas don’t rely on high air temperatures, they allow for longer and more comfortable sessions.

Halotherapy, or Dry Salt Therapy, is a holistic treatment in which micro-sized salt particles are inhaled, reaching the entire respiratory tract, even the smallest airways. The salt particles attract and dissolve impurities. This therapy can help treat and alleviate conditions like asthma, bronchitis, and allergies by removing bacteria and promoting respiratory health.
More Benefits of Dry Salt Therapy:
Respiratory: Anti-microbial, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antiviral properties. It clears mucus, reduces inflammation in the lungs and sinuses, and boosts immunity.
Skin: Enhances skin circulation and repair, with antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effects.
Athletic Performance: Expands airways, improves lung function, increases oxygen saturation, and aids muscle recovery.
Ear Infections: Reduces swelling and pain in ear infections by helping fluid drain through anti-inflammatory salt particles.
Halotherapy works best with regular use. We offer memberships with up to three sessions per week, and weekly sessions are ideal for those using it as part of a wellness routine.

Chromotherapy, or color light therapy, is a holistic treatment that uses colored lights to restore balance to the body. It employs 96 powerful LED lights with a range of 12 colors, each designed to trigger different bodily responses. For example, red is stimulating, while blue is calming.
Benefits of Chromotherapy:
Anti-Aging: Helps reduce signs of aging.
Improved Circulation: Enhances blood flow.
Relief of SAD: Alleviates symptoms of Seasonal Affective Disorder.
Pain Relief: Reduces pain and muscle tension.
Reduced Swelling/Inflammation: Decreases inflammation and swelling.
Accelerated Healing: Speeds up recovery.
Stretch Mark Reduction: Helps minimize stretch marks.
Increased Range of Motion: Improves flexibility and movement.
Mood Regulation: Balances emotional states.

Red Light Therapy involves using red and near-infrared light wavelengths from the electromagnetic spectrum, which are bioactive and offer various health benefits.
Red Light (600-700nm): Primarily benefits skin by smoothing fine lines and wrinkles, promoting collagen production, and rejuvenating skin texture and tone.
Near-Infrared Light (700-1100nm): Penetrates deeper into tissues, aiding in wound healing, muscle recovery, nerve injury repair, and relieving joint pain.
Red light therapy targets mitochondria (the energy source in cells), stimulating them to produce more energy. This enables cells to work more efficiently, aiding skin repair, boosting cell growth, and rejuvenating skin. It specifically helps:
Stimulate collagen production for stronger, more elastic skin.
Increase fibroblast activity, which supports collagen formation.
Boost blood circulation to tissues.
Reduce cell inflammation.

Aromatherapy works by using the scent of essential oils to trigger a response in your nervous system. When you inhale these oils, their molecules travel through your nose and activate olfactory receptors, sending signals to your brain via the olfactory nerve. This stimulates the hypothalamus and limbic system, which is involved in controlling emotions and storing memories. In response, your brain releases hormones like serotonin, endorphins, and dopamine, which can help regulate mood, sleep, and other bodily functions, leading to benefits like reduced anxiety and pain relief.

Sound therapy uses sound vibrations and music to help improve physical and emotional health. It can help you relax and reduce stress, increase blood flow, and improve your concentration and attention span.
Participants can benefit from any or all six of the following therapies in each sauna session.
